By accessing or using SehaTrak Pro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including individuals, healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals.
2. Description of Service
SehaTrak Pro is a personal health tracking and management platform that allows users to record, monitor, and analyze health data including but not limited to: vitals, medications, nutrition, sleep, workouts, health records, and appointments. The Platform also provides AI-powered health insights and symptom checking tools.
3. Medical Disclaimer
SehaTrak Pro is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information and AI-generated insights provided by the Platform are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by this Platform.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all health data you enter into the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant SehaTrak Pro a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell your personal health data to third parties.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to upload false or misleading health information, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, to interfere with the operation of the Platform, or to use the Platform in any way that could harm other users or third parties.
7. Subscription and Payments
Certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
SehaTrak Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
